4 small tortillas 
4 hard shell tortillas 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1 lb ground beef 
1 tbsp chili powder 
1 tbsp cumin 
1 tbsp garlic powder 
1 tbsp onion powder 
1 tbsp paprika 
1 tbsp cayenne 
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, divided 
1/2 cup lettuce, chopped 
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 
Avocado Ranch Sauce 
1 ripe avocado 
2 garlic cloves 
2 cups Greek yogurt 
1/2 cup lite mayo 
2 limes juiced 
1 bunch cilantro 
1/4 cup water 
1 jalapeño 
Salt & pepper
