GAME DAY RECIPE✨

spice up your game day menu with my twist on the traditional Mexican dish, Taquitos (also referred to as Flautas)! Traditionally, these are shallow fried, but I decided to make them in the air fryer! They are delicious! Find the recipe below, enjoy xx 

Ingredients 
10 corn tortillas 
1 lb ground beef 
1 tbsp chili powder 
1 tsp ground cumin 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp paprika 
1 cup peppers, diced 
1/2 red onion, diced 
1/2 cup crema or sour cream 
1/2 cup shredded cheese 
Salt & pepper 
Avocado Lime Crema 
1 avocado 
2 cups cilantro 
1 jalapeño 
1/2 cup crema or sour cream 
1 lime, juiced 
1 tsp salt 
Toppings 
Pico de Gallo
Guacamole 
Cilantro
