AIRFRYER PIZZA RANGOON’S WITH VODKA SAUCE✨ 

welcome back to pt. 2 of things I’m making for my fiancé for the super bowl and todays recipe is PIZZA RANGOON’S paired with zirkovavodka Vodka Sauce! These are inspired by the TikTok viral crab Rangoon’s and are DELISH! It’s no secret that Zirkova is my favorite vodka- especially since it is ultra premium and is the main ingredient in so many of my upcoming game day drinks & apps! Pizza Rangoon’s with Vodka Sauce 
Serves 6 

Ingredients 
24 wonton wrappers 
1/4 cup pepperoni, diced 
2 cups shredded cheese 
1 cup softened cream cheese 
1 cup ricotta 
1 tsp oregano 
Salt & pepper 
Basil, chopped 
Vodka Sauce 
1/4 cup Zirkova together vodka 
1 small can tomato paste 
1 tsp chili flakes 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1 cup cream 
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 
Salt & pepper 

Directions 
1. In a large bowl, combine pepperoni, ricotta, cream cheese, shredded cheese, oregano, salt & pepper. Mix until combined. 
2. Add wonton wrapper to cutting board. Add about 1-2 tsp of filling to the center. Brush each edge with water. Pinch in the four corners to seal the rangoons. Repeat. Spray Rangoon’s with avocado oil spray and add to the airfryer. Bake at 350F degrees for 10 minutes. Check on them half way. 
3. In a large saucepan, add olive oil and chili flakes. Add tomato paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. Deglaze pan with Zirkova vodka. Let alcohol cook off for 2-3 minutes. Add cream and mix together until combined. Add Parmesan, salt & pepper. Let simmer for 8-10 minutes. 
4. Plate pizza Rangoon’s and add vodka sauce to a bowl. Top with basil. Serve and enjoy!
