Game day is right around the corner and I’m bringing you one of my favorite recipes- vodka sauce meatballs served on ricotta toast! Of course, I’m using @zirkovavodka for the vodka sauce because Zirkova Together is my go-to vodka of choice! Vodka Sauce Meatballs on Ricotta Toast 
Serves 4 

Meatballs 
1 lb. Lean ground beef 
1 egg 
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp oregano 
1/2 cup bread crumbs 
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 
Salt & pepper 
Ricotta Toast 
1 baguette, sliced 
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 cup ricotta 
Salt & pepper 
Vodka Sauce 
1 cup half/half cream
1-2 bunches basil 
1 tsp chili flakes 
1/3 cup Zirkova together vodka 
1 cup tomato paste 
2 tbsp unsalted butter 
1 cup Parmesan cheese 
1 garlic clove, grated 
1 tbsp olive oil 
Salt & pepper
