GREEN GODDESS SALAD DRESSING✨ 

this may be an unpopular opinion, but I don’t think the viral green goddess salad dressing got all the hype that it deserves! 😂 for me, when I recreated this recipe- I was obsessed with the salad dressing (with some everything delish ✨tweaks✨) and now use it for salmon & chicken marinades too! This dressing has an extra kick from the jalapeño, but don’t worry- I de-seed it so the heat isn’t too strong! & we sweetened it up with some honey. It’s truly chefs kiss 😚 find the recipe below, enjoy xx 

Green Goddess Salad Dressing 
Serves 4 

Ingredients 
1/3 cup olive oil
1 jalapeño, de-seeded
1 bunch chives
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup basil
1/2 cup spinach
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
1 bunch green onions
Salt & pepper

Directions 
1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. season with salt & pepper! Enjoy!
