SIZZLING SCALLION, BASIL & CHILI OIL DIP✨ 

if you’re looking for the EASIEST & most delicious dip recipe to make for the big game (or just any random night) try my sizzling scallion, basil & chili oil dip! I had lots of leftover ingredients from my green goddess salad (check my recent post) and decided to make the most tasty & easy dip with it! For the oil, I used grape seed oil and for the yogurt I used plain Greek yogurt. This is truly a hit and I know you’ll love it too! I server these with tortilla chips and this dip is inspired by @alisoneroman scallion dip! Find the recipe below, enjoy xx 

Sizzling Scallion, Basil & Chili Oil Dip 
Serves 4 

Ingredients 
2 cups plain Greek yogurt (I used 0%) 
1/2 cup grape seed oil 
1 bunch scallions 
1/4 cup basil, chopped 
1/4 cup pine nuts, chopped 
1 tsp chili flakes
1 shallot, diced 
2 garlic cloves, divided 
1 tbsp sesame seeds 
1 lemon, zest 
Salt & pepper 

Directions 
1. Add chopped scallion, shallots, basil, pine nuts, garlic, chili flakes, sesame seeds, salt & pepper to a medium size bowl. Heat grape seed oil in saucepan or skillet, once the oil is shimmering - add to bowl. Let everything sizzle and once done, mix together with a spoon and set aside. 
2. Add greek yogurt to plate or bowl and smooth out with back of soon. Add lemon zest, grated garlic and black pepper to yogurt. Mix together and smooth out. Spoon scallion mixture & oil all over the yogurt. Top with extra pine nuts and serve with tortilla chips. Serve immediately and enjoy!
