VIRAL GREEN GODDESS SALAD✨ 

all I can say is 🤌wow🤌 - I didn’t know what I was missing until I tried out @bakedbymelissa viral green goddess salad that took over my social media! I made a few everything delish swaps for the dressing and it’s seriously ✨chefs kiss✨ I served the salad with tortilla chips, but I’d also serve it with homemade pita chips too! find the full recipe below, enjoy xx 

Green Goddess Salad 
Serves 4 

Ingredients 
1 cabbage, chopped 
1 bunch green onions, chopped 
4 baby cucumbers, diced 
Dressing 
1/3 cup olive oil 
1 jalapeño, de-seeded 
1 bunch chives 
2 garlic cloves 
1 shallot 
1/4 cup pine nuts 
1/2 cup basil 
1/2 cup spinach 
1 tbsp honey 
1 tsp Dijon mustard 
2 tsp rice vinegar 
1 lemon, juiced 
1 bunch green onions 
Salt & pepper 

Directions 
1. Thinly slice cabbage, green onions and cucumbers and add it to a bowl. 
2. Add all dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. 
3. Pour over salad and mix together. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
