CREAMY SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP✨ 

have you ever had the @hillstonerestaurants spinach dip before? I dream of it & now I’m showing you how you can make it at home! I like my spinach very fine in my dip, but If you like it chunkier- you can process it for less time! find the recipe below enjoy xx

Spinach Artichoke Dip
Serves 4

Ingredients
1 bag frozen spinach, drained and thawed
1 can artichokes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup cooking cream
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
tortilla chips 

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Heat a saucepan and add olive oil. Add in frozen spinach and saute until cooked. Once spinach is cooked, drain and thaw it. 
2. In a food processor, add in artichokes, thawed spinach, cooking cream, cream cheese and sour cream. Process for 30 seconds. Remove lid and add in 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Process for 45 seconds. Add spinach dip to skillet. Top with remaining mozzarella & parmesan cheese. Bake for 13-15 minutes until cheese is melted. 
3. Remove from oven and serve with tortilla chips, salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
