GINGERBREAD PANCAKES✨

I made the most perfect & delicious holiday pancakes for you to make! It’s my Gingerbread Pancakes made with @Krusteaz, my go-to pancake mix! I used Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake mix for this recipe, which is super easy to make because all you have to do is add water! I choose Krusteaz since it's made with quality ingredients, no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Perfect for holiday mornings! Find the recipe below, enjoy xx #sponsored #MakeKrusteaz 

Gingerbread Pancakes 

Ingredients
3 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix 
1 ⅓ cup water 
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon 
1/2 tsp nutmeg 
¼ tsp ground clove
2 tbsp molasses 
Maple syrup 
3-4 gingerbread cookies 

Directions
1. Add Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake mix to a large bowl. Add in ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground clove and mix together until combined. Add in molasses and cold water. Mix together until combined and batter has formed. Let batter sit for 2 minutes. 
2. Heat skillet over med heat and add butter. Once butter is melted, add in ¼ cup of batter to the center of the skillet. Let sit for 75 seconds per side. Repeat until all batter is used and add pancakes to plate. 
3. Top pancakes with butter, maple syrup and grate gingerbread cookie overtop. Serve immediately and enjoy!
