WHIPPED FETA DIP WITH ROASTED BALSAMIC STRAWBERRIES 🍓 

it’s no secret that whipped feta dip is one of my favorite recipes, but now we’re adding a holiday flare to it by topping it with roasted balsamic strawberries! the sweetness from the fruit paired with the creamy whipped feta dip is a iconic duo & definitely plays on the sweet + salty flavor combo. Highly recommend making this dip for the holidays and pairing it with toasted baguette! find the recipe below, enjoy xx (IB: @walderwellness) 

Ingredients 
Serves 4

Whipped feta dip 
• 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled 
• 1/2 cup olive oil 
• 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese 
• 1/4 cup water 
• 2 tbsp honey 
• Black pepper 

Roasted strawberries 
• 2 cups strawberries, halved 
• 2 tbsp olive oil 
• 1 tbsp balsamic 
• 1 tbsp honey 
• 3 tbsp basil, chopped 

Directions 
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheet & add chopped strawberries to baking sheet. Combine, olive oil, balsamic & honey in a small bowl. Mix together and drizzle over top of the strawberries. Add strawberries to oven for 15-17 minutes. 
2. Add crumbled feta, cream cheese & water to food processor. Process until smooth (20 seconds) and add olive oil, honey and black pepper. Process again for 30-40 seconds. Add whipped feta dip to bowl. Remove strawberries from oven and top feta dip with strawberries, fresh basil, olive oil and black pepper. Serve with toasted baguette and enjoy!
