PIZZA BAGELS✨

if you’re looking for an easy packable lunch - you must try my homemade pizza bagels! thinking of starting a new lunchbox series that’s kid friendly & adult friendly. Maybe I’ll call it packing lunch for my fiancé? 🤔 let me know your thoughts! enjoy xx 

Pizza Bagels 
Serves 2 

Ingredients 
2 bagels, halved 
1 cup cheddar cheese 
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mozzarella cheese 
1 cup tomato sauce or marinara 
1/4 cup basil, chopped 
10-12 pieces pepperoni 
Black pepper 

Directions 
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut bagels in half and place on baking sheet. 
2. Brush each half with oil, followed by tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Bake for 15-16 minutes until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crispy. 
3. Remove from oven and top with black pepper and fresh basil. Serve and enjoy!
