JALAPEÑO POPPERS & STRAWBERRY WATERMELON SPRITZ✨ 

The long weekend is coming up and I’m still in disbelief that today is the first day of September! End summer on a spicy note with my jalapeño poppers paired with a ZirkovaVodka strawberry watermelon spritz. Yes, it’s the last sips & dips of the summer! 😭 All summer I’ve been making the best cocktails with Zirkova’s Together Vodka, which is available at the LCBO! Zirkova is always my vodka of choice! Jalapeño Poppers 
Serves 4 
8-10 jalapeños, halved and de seeded 
1 cup cream cheese 
1/2 cup sharp cheddar 
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1/4 cup green onions, diced
Salt & pepper 
1/2 cup bread crumbs 
1 tbsp butter, melted 

Directions 
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds. 
2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, seasonings, green onions and mix together. 
3. Place jalapeños on baking sheet and scoop 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture into the jalapeños. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter in a separate bowl and top each jalapeño with bread crumbs. 
4. Bake for 20-22 minutes until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are browned. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy! 

Watermelon & Strawberry Spritz 
Serves 4 

4 oz. Zirkova together vodka 
1 cup strawberries 
1 cup watermelon 
2 limes, halved 
2 cups soda water 
2 cups lemonade 

Directions 
1. Add watermelon & strawberries to cocktail shaker. Muddle fruit and add in lemon juice, soda water and Zirkova vodka. Mix together until combined. 
2. Pour mixture into cups over ice and garnish with lime wedges and strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
