RICOTTA TOAST WITH ROASTED GRAPES & THYME✨ 

did you know that you can ROAST grapes?! Yup, they are super flavorful- especially when you roast them with thyme! Ricotta toast may be viral right now, but try it out with roasted grapes and it may become your new go to toast combo 🤤find the recipe below, enjoy xx | IB: @ainttooproudtomeg 

Ricotta Toast with Roasted Grapes & Thyme 
Serves 2 

Ingredients 
4 slices sourdough bread 
2 cups red grapes 
2 tbsp olive oil 
4-6 bunches thyme 
1 tsp salt 
1 tbsp honey 
1/2 cup ricotta (use @ontariodairy ricotta)!! 

Directions 
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add grapes, thyme, 1 tbsp olive oil & salt to baking sheet. Mix together and roast grapes for 12-15 minutes. 
2. Heat pan and add olive. Add bread to pan and toast for 2-3 minutes per side until bread is toasted and lightly browned. 
3. Add ricotta to each slice of bread. Remove grapes from oven and top on each slice of bread. Drizzle honey, olive oil and salt over each slice of bread. Serve immediately and enjoy!
