Obviously this is one of my favorite food trends because it included pasta and I paired it with my homemade pesto! Find the recipe below enjoy xx Pasta Chips with Pesto Serves 4 Pasta Chips 1 box bow tie pasta 2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp olive oil Pesto 2 cups basil 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup pine nuts 1 lemon, juiced 2 cloves garlic Salt & pepper to taste Directions 1. Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to box instructions. Once pasta is cooked add to a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning & Parmesan cheese to the pasta. Mix together. Add to air fryer and bake at 400F° for 12-14 minutes until pasta is crispy. Make sure to mix it half way. 2. Add all pesto ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Add to bowl and set aside. 3. Remove pasta from air fryer and add to a bowl. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with basil and marinara sauce.
