ONE POT SPICY VODKA PASTA✨

Happy Friday!! If there’s one dish you should be making this weekend it’s most definitely my one pot spicy vodka pasta! This recipe is an oldie, but always a goodie 😊 find the recipe below enjoy xx 

One Pot Spicy Vodka Pasta
Serves 4

Ingredients
1/2 cup @zirkovavodka Together
1 156mL can tomato paste
2 cups cream
2 1/2 cups water
1 tsp chili flakes
1 box of your favorite pasta
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 white onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup basil, chopped

Directions
1. Heat a large pot over med-high heat and add olive oil. Add onions & chili paste and saute for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add tomato paste and once tomato paste is cooked, add in cream and mix together until combined. Add in Zirkova Together Vodka, parmesan cheese, water, salt & pepper and bring mixture to a boil.
3. Add in pasta and let cook for 10-11 minutes. Stir constantly, every 1-2 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, grate in some extra parmesan cheese and stir.
4. Once the pasta is al dente, garnish with parmesan cheese, black pepper and chopped basil. Serve immediately and enjoy!
