Haddock Fish Tacos Recipe
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS
1 box of High Liner Signature Cut Haddock 
6 tortillas 
1/2 purple cabbage, chopped 
1 tbsp honey 
1 tbsp while balsamic 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1 avocado, sliced 
2 jalapeños, sliced 
3 limes, halved 
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup sour cream 
1 tsp chili powder 
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450F°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place High Liner Signature Cut Haddock on the baking sheet. Bake for 19 minutes and flip half way. 
2. Chop purple cabbage and place into a large bowl. Add honey, olive oil, 1/2 lime and white balsamic. Mix together. 
3. Remove Haddock from oven and set aside. Add corn tortillas to a baking sheet. Assemble each taco- first with coleslaw then 2-3 slices of avocado, Haddock and top with sliced jalapeños and cilantro. In a separate bowl bowl, mix together sour cream and chili powder and mix together until combined. Drizzle mixture over top of each avocado. Serve with fresh lime & enjoy!
