CLUB SANDWICH✨

Growing up, I could eat a club sandwich for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Who's with me? Now, I’m taking the classic club sandwich and making it delicious-er by adding @HighLinerCanada Signature Cuts Wild Caught Breaded Haddock Fillets to the sandwich! High Liner Club 
Serves 2 

INGREDIENTS
1 box of High Liner Signature Crispy Breaded Haddock Fillets
4 slices white bread
2 tbsp mayo
4 slices cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup romaine lettuce 
6 slices bacon 

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Add High Liner Haddock Fillets to the baking sheet and bake for 19 minutes, flip half way. 
2. Cook bacon in a medium skillet over med-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Once cooked, add to a plate lined with a paper towel and set aside. 
3. Add 1 slice of cheese to the middle of a skillet and once bubbling add a piece of bread directly on top. Let sit for 30 seconds and flip over to toast the other side. 
4. Remove Haddock from the oven and set aside. Assemble the sandwich by adding 1 tbsp of mayo to a piece of bread, followed by 3 slices of bacon, lettuce, 2 Haddock fillets and 1 slice of cheese. Top sandwich with cheesy bread. Serve and enjoy!
