Whipped Feta & Roasted Olives Recipe 
Ingredients
Roasted Olives
1/2 cup whole green olives, pitted 
1/2 cup whole black olives, pitted 
1/4 cup olive oil 
1-2 bunches of thyme
flakey salt + pepper 
Whipped Feta 
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled 
1/2 cup olive oil 
1/4 cup whipped cream cheese 
1/4 cup water 
2 tbsp honey 
1-2 bunches thyme
1-2 bunches oregano 
lemon zest 
salt + pepper 

Directions
Roasted Olives
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Add olives to baking dish. Top with olive oil, salt + pepper. Mix together until all olives are coated evenly. Add thyme. Place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven after 10 minutes and set aside.
Whipped Feta
2. Add crumbled feta, cream cheese, water, 1/2 cup EVOO to a food processor. Process for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon zest, black pepper and honey to the mixture and process for 2 minutes.
3. Add feta dip to a bowl and add roasted olives on top. Also add the olive oil from the olive baking dish on top of the dip. Garnish with thyme, oregano and black pepper. Serve with frresh bread and enjoy!
