SHEET PAN MATZAH NACHOS✨ 

Happy Passover! Every year, I look forward to creating matzah recipes - and this is one of my favorites, Matzah Nachos! I made this recipe specifically for @ujafedny #MatzahChallenge that’s now back until April 4th! Every photo posted to social media with the hashtag #MatzahChallenge will be matched with an $18 donation to help those in need! Sheet Pan Matzah Nachos 
Serves 5 

Ingredients 
1 box matzah 
5 slices cheddar cheese 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup sour cream 
2 cups tri color grape tomatoes 
1/4 cup cilantro 
3-4 green onions, chopped 
1 tsp red chili flakes 

Directions 
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add 3-4 sheets of matzah to the baking sheet. Followed by 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1 cup tomatoes.
2. Add crushed up matzah pieces on top and top with cheddar slices and the remaining tomatoes. Bake for 8-9 minutes until cheese is melted. 
3. Remove from oven and top with green onions, cilantro and dollops of sour cream. Garnish with black pepper and chili flakes. Serve and enjoy!
