#ad Shout out to ALL caregivers! They bring such joy and support to those they love. You all know I’m a fan of VoltarenGel for arthritis pain and recommend it to those who need it. When my husband had a knee replacement a couple of years ago, I went into total caregiver mode! My goal was to keep him comfortable and mobile, so we did all his exercises and stretches a couple times a day. It’s great that we can bond with each other through movement.
