The world's most adored fruit- @sumocitrus! Have you tried it before? Once I got my hands on it - I couldn't believe how sweet & juicy it is! Of course, I had to pair Sumo Citrus with one of my other favorite foods: burrata and it paired perfectly! I also made a citrus-honey vinaigrette made from the Sumo Citrus zest! Burrata & Sumo Citrus Salad with Citrus-Honey Vinaigrette 
Serves 2

2 Sumo Citrus, supreme and sliced 
1 burrata 
1 cup arugula 
1/2 cup golden beets, sliced 
3 heirloom tomatoes, chopped 
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp olive oil 
1 tsp flakey salt
1 tsp black pepper 
2 tbsp Sumo Citrus zest 
1 tbsp honey 
1 tbsp white balsamic 

Directions
1. Add arugula, beets, heirloom tomatoes to a bowl. Supreme Sumo citrus and add slices to the bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, honey, sumo citrus zest and white balsamic. Pour the top of the salad and top with salt & pepper. Add burrata on top of the salad. Pour 1 tbsp olive oil overtop of the burrata and black pepper. Serve and enjoy!
