CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH✨ 

The only club I’m going to this weekend is my kitchen to make my homemade @tacobell cheesy Gordita crunch! check out the recipe below enjoy xx 

Cheesy Gordita Crunch Recipe
Serves 4

Ingredients
4 soft tortillas 
4 hard shell tortillas 
1 lb lean ground beef 
2 cups shredded cheese 
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 
2 limes, halved 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1/4 cup sour cream
Taco Seasoning 
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili flakes 
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder 

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix together all taco seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add in olive oil. Add in ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook until browned and add to a bowl.
2.  Place four soft tortilla shells on the baking sheet and add shredded cheese to each tortilla. Make sure your adding enough cheese to basically cover the tortilla. Bake for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. Add the hard shell taco to the center of each tortilla. Make sure one side is pressed into the tortilla and cheese. Bake for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and press the other side of tortilla into the hard shell so both sides are sticking to it. 
3. Add ground beef, shredded lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese and cilantro to each taco. Top with fresh lime and enjoy!
