PIZZA BAGEL! 

Is there anything better than indulging in a pizza bagel? I don't think so! Especially when it's made to be gut-friendly, thanks to @fodyfoods! Recently, I shared that I found out that I have SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), and this meant incorporating LOW FODMAP foods into my meals and recipes. One of the most challenging parts of SIBO is eliminating onions & garlic; however, thanks to Fody Foods' delicious sauces and marinades - I can now indulge without the bloating and feel good! For this recipe, I used Fody's garlic-infused olive oil (which is my fav) and their marinara sauce! Pizza Bagel Recipe 
2 servings, serving size 1 bagel

Ingredients
1 Gluten Free Bagel 
1/4 cup Fody Marinara Sauce 
1 tbsp Fody Garlic-Infused Olive Oil 
3-4 Low slices of FODMAP pepperoni (use brand without high FODMAP ingredients such as onion/ garlic or regular pepperoni) 
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
1-2 basil leaves, chopped 

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F Degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bagel in half. Place bagel on baking sheet and top each half with Fody Olive Oil and Marinara Sauce. Top with mozzarella & cheddar cheese followed by pepperoni. 
2. Bake for 15-17 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and top with chopped basil. Serve and enjoy!
