ACCORDION POTATO FAIL 😭 

Here to remind you that not everything you see on social media is as it seems and not every recipe comes out perfect! I tried to recreate the viral accordion potato recipe and it was an epic fail! My potatoes came out super soft, broke and did not really resemble the accordion potato! However, they were still delish and I did eat the entire batch 😂 please leave your tips / feedback in the comments! I’m going to try them again tomorrow!
