BAKED MOZZARELLA PASTA✨ 

looking to try the baked feta pasta trend, but want to try it out with another cheese? don’t skip out on making it with mozzarella cheese! it’s equally as delicious and I added in a few extra ingredients! check out the recipe below enjoy xx (mozzarella cheese from @sultavolo_) 

Baked Mozzarella Pasta 
Serves 4 
1 box of your favorite pasta 
8 oz. mozzarella cheese 
2 cups cherry tomatoes 
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp olive oil 
1/2 tsp chili flakes 
1 tsp salt 
1 tsp pepper
3-4 basil leaves, chopped 
1 garlic clove, chopped 
Lemon zest 

Directions 
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Add cherry tomatoes to baking dish and season with olive oil, garlic salt & pepper. Mix together. Add mozzarella cheese to the center of the baking dish. Top with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper & chili flakes. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is cooked to your liking. 
2. Cook pasta and reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Remove tomatoes & cheese from oven. add in fresh basil and mix together. Add in pasta and mix together until all noodles are evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!
