Searching for something sweet to enjoy this Valentine's Day? Look no further than my delicious chocolate covered apples recipe made with @EnvyApples! I choose Envy apples since they are the ultimate sweet & juicy apple and the perfect food to enjoy this Valentine's. PS- this dessert also pairs great with a nice glass of red wine! Chocolate Covered Apples Recipe 
Serves 2

Ingredients
3 Envy Apples, sliced 
1 dark chocolate bar 
1 tbsp coconut oil 
2 tbsp caramel sauce 
2 tbsp almond butter 
1/4 cup peanuts, crushed 
1/4 cup coconut, shredded 

Directions
1. Wash and slice Envy Apples. Place apples in a bowl. Melt chocolate with coconut oil at 20 second intervals until completely melted. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 
2. Dip each slice of Envy apple into the chocolate (I like to dip only half of the apple). Place on lined baking sheet. Top each slice of apple with desired toppings: caramel sauce, almond butter, crushed peanuts and shredded coconut. 
3. Place baking sheet in freezer for 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and serve immediately. Enjoy!
