WHIPPED GOAT CHEESE✨ 

since my whipped feta dip was such a hit I’m sharing with you my whipped goat cheese dip! I topped it with pomegranates, fresh figs, honey and thyme! don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel❤️ enjoy xx 

Whipped Goat Cheese Dip 
Serves 4

Ingredients 
8 oz goat cheese, room temperature 
2 tbsp whipped cream cheese 
1 tbsp olive oil 
4 tbsp honey 
2-3 thyme sprigs, chopped 
2 figs, halved 
2/3 cup pomegranates 
Salt + pepper 

Directions 
1. In a food processor, combine goat cheese, olive oil and cream cheese. Process for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Add in honey and salt + pepper. Process again for 1-2 minutes. Add dip to a bowl. 
2. Top with pomegranates and figs and thyme sprigs. Drizzle 2 tbsp honey on top. Serve with baguette and enjoy!
