BRIE & BLACKBERRY JAM GRILLED CHEESE RECIPE✨

Looking to up your grilled cheese game? Then you definitely have to try this delicious grilled cheese made with blackberry jam & brie cheese! I also used pumpernickel bread, which is my fav. Thanks to @dcfoodporn for the grilled cheese inspo! Check out the full recipe below enjoy xx

Brie & Blackberry Jam Grilled Cheese
Serves 1

Ingredients 
2 slices pumpernickel bread 
1 tbsp butter 
1 8oz brie wheel, sliced 
2 tbsp blackberry jam 

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F Degrees. Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the other side add blackberry Jam and sliced brie cheese. Add grilled cheese to a heated cast iron pan for 3-4 minutes. Place skillet in oven for 5-6 minutes or until brie cheese is melted. 
2. Remove from oven and cut in half. Serve immediately enjoy!
