Ingredients
Serves 4
1 box High Liner Fish Wings
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup lite sour cream
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan 
1 cup of part skim shredded mozzarella 
1 cup thawed spinach (frozen)
1 tsp dried basil
1 can artichokes, chopped 
salt + pepper to taste 

Directions
1. Add all ingredients for spinach dip to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix well. Spray ramiken (or oven safe dish) with cooking spray. Add the spinach dip mixture to the ramiken. Add extra cheese on top. Bake at 425F Degrees for 20 minutes.
2. Remove spinach dip from the oven. Let cool for 2-3 minutes. 
3. Line baking sheet and cook High Liner Fish Wings according to box instructions. 
4. Plate and enjoy!
