I think one reason influencers aren’t always fully transparent is because the second they are, everything they do gets discredited. So I want to clarify why I have a team—especially since I often talk about being open to more kids.

If I didn’t have my business, I wouldn’t have a team or a mommy helper. I know it looks like I just prop up my phone and talk, but there’s so much more happening behind the scenes. I run all my channels myself (YouTube, TikTok, IG), post daily, and film everything solo. I edit all my videos—except for one long-form YouTube video a week, which is now handled by an editor. My part-time VA (a stay-at-home mom of two!) helps with backend tasks like emails, my Amazon storefront, and content planning—not video creation or posting.

To clarify how everyone is paid: my managers come with my talent agency (standard for influencers my size) and take a cut from brand deals. I don’t pay them out of pocket. My editor, VA, and mommy helper are paid through the money I make with my business. No business = no team.

The mommy helper is fairly new. She’s here 4 hours a day, 4 days a week—not to replace me, but to be an extra set of hands. I still have a toddler or baby with me at all times—she just helps me stay focused during homeschooling so I can “clock in” for work after. That’s the only reason I hired her: so I could give school my full attention before shifting to business mode.

And yes—I’ve had house cleaners since baby #1 😂 They come twice a month for deep cleans. Day-to-day stuff? Still Tim and me.
