In case anyone is unfamiliar with this trend, this song is not a real song. It’s a parody of the folk hipster music that was so prevalent during this time. People began taking this song and showing pictures of what “millennial core” looks like. Example: Overpriced “gourmet” burger joints with metal stools, funky art work, board games, and nothing but craft beer all while saying they don’t use ketchup but rather a garlic aioli sauce because they aren’t like the ✨other✨ places 😉
