CHAI BOBA TEA RECIPE👇

Ingredients 
Serves 2
4-5 bags of chai tea 
1 cup oat milk
2 cups hot water 
3/4 cup tapioca pearls 
1 tbsp maple syrup 

Directions 
1. Steep the tea bags with freshly boiled water. Let the tea sit in water until it cools completely. 
2. Bring 4 cups of water to boil and add tapioca pearls. Stir the pearls until they float to the top. Cook them for another 5-6 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove pearls from hot water. Quickly rinse pearls with cool water and transfer to a bowl. Mix the pearls with maple syrup. 
3. Add pearls to a glass, next add ice cubes. Add 1/2 cup of oat milk and 1 cup of steeped tea. Stir and taste. 
4. Serve and enjoy!
