What I ate in a day as a newly postpartum mom who is trying to take better care of herself!

These meals were absolutely delicious and so incredibly easy to put together! 

As a mom of 6 kids ages 9 and under I don’t have a lot of time to make food for myself. But I LOVE to eat and got tired of eating my kid’s chicken nuggets so I am on a mission to find easy meals that are delicious and quick to prepare!
