Real talk about pregnancy nausea as I make dinner 😝

I am pregnant with baby number 6 and each pregnancy has been different than the last. But the one thing that has stayed consistent throughout my pregnancy is the first trimester nausea 😭🤢

With some, the nausea was so bad but I would NEVER throw up. Just in a constant state of nausea 24/7. With others I would throw up non stop. By pregnancy five and six I was able to figure out ways to make it more bearable and I wanted to share what has helped for me in hopes it can help you too!

Let’s address the mass production of phlegm real quick 😂 From a quick Google search the reason for more mucus during pregnancy is due to having extra fluid in the body. “During pregnancy, the body makes more blood and fluids, which can cause swelling, even in unexpected places such as the nasal passages.”

For what it’s worth, the increase in phlegm died down around week 12 and the nausea died down around 17 weeks for me.

Comment NAUSEA and I’ll send you a list of the items that have helped my pregnancy nausea!
