What I feed my 5 kids in a day. Snacks not shown, cause I I didn’t feel like getting mom shamed for my kids having 4 yogurts, 2 Zbars, 3 apple sauces and some other things mmk! 😝 But who I am kidding I am DEFINITELY going to get mom shamed for some of the premade food here 😭😂

Y’all I NEVER thought I would be that mom that would make her kids a different meal than what my husband and I are eating. I did everything by the book too! But my kids have some taste buds that just aren’t there for some of the recipes I truly enjoy so I make ‘em what they like!

I can write a whole essay on why I go this route and how it isn’t detrimental to their future taste in food but the baby was up all night and I am too tired to get into it right now. 😴

So if you’re looking to find a mom account where she shares her beautiful home cooked meals and her kids do an excellent job of eating all the veggies…I am going to politely suggest that this account isn’t for you 😉

My husband and I are in the thick of it when it comes to having sleepless nights so we are doing what we can to make sure our kids are getting their fair share of a proteins, carbs, fruits and veggies without the heartbreak of them refusing to eat.

So if you are looking for easy, quick, and balanced kid approved meal ideas come follow along as I will be sharing more meals my husband and I feed our kids! 🍝
