This latte helps me get in a good serving of protein first thing in the morning while improving my skin and hair! Although others inspired this recipe, I added my own twist to it with new ingredients and ways to make it based on what works for my morning routine! Ever since drinking this every day, I have seen a difference in my hair, skin, and energy levels! Here is the recipe!

•1 cup oat or macadamia milk
•1/2 or 1 tsp matcha powder
•1 tbsp creamer of your choice
•2 scoops of collagen peptides
•1 tbsp honey
•Blend and pour over ice
