Make my favorite Sugar Free Mini Pumpkin Pies with me! 

🥧 
2 eggs
4 tbsp monk fruit (or other natural sweetener)
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 can (15oz) pumpkin
6 oz full fat coconut milk
6 oz sugar-free vanilla almond milk 

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until center is slightly jiggly
