Sharing our family’s new favorite Homemade Queso recipe! 

16oz Pepper Jack cheese
32oz  Velveeta cheese
16oz Cream Cheese
20oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes  1 Red Bell Pepper - diced
2 lbs. Taco-Seasoned Hamburger
1 Red Onion - chopped
6 Cloves Garlic - diced
1 bundle Cilantro - chopped
Juice of 1 Lime
Heat  all ingredients in medium hot grill (or 350 oven) until cheeses are melted. Stir completely. Garnish with additional cilantro. ENJOY!
