CHOCOLATE TOFFEE CHIP BARK, because a little indulgence never hurt anyone and the flavor combo here is the best-salty chips, crunchy toffee, and chocolate on top, broken up into pieces to enjoy all week long. Toffee 2 sticks butter, room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 tsp salt (very important!) 4 cups potato chips 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips/gems Flaky salt Spread chips onto a quarter baking sheet, the make the toffee. You need full attentiveness to have success making toffee. In a small pot, add room temp butter, sugar and salt over medium heat. You need to stir gently and constantly for 10-12 minutes until it turns brown and you have liquid toffee. Then immediately pour it over the chips. Add chocolate chips right away so they melt. Freeze for 5 minutes until the chocolate sets. Break into pieces and enjoy! #toffee #holidaytreats #toffeebark
