one of my goals for 2026, is to eat more veggies, so I just made the easiest oorganics fresh salad 🥗✨ Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner side! So refreshing, crunchy, and topped with creamy avocado 🤍 #OOrganics #OOrganicsPartner internqueen

All O Organics Ingredients

Mini Cucumbers, sliced

Cherry Tomatoes – halved

Red Onion – thinly sliced

Sweet Corn – drained or freshly cooked

Fresh Cilantro – chopped

1 lime 

Salt & Pepper – to taste

Avocado – diced (for topping)

Instructions

Add sliced mini cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and sweet corn to a large bowl

Sprinkle in a handful of chopped cilantro.

Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salad. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Mix everything gently until well combined.

Add diced avocado on top right before serving for the perfect creamy finish
