In a world where temptation is only a click away, many of us feel overwhelmed by pressure to fit in, stay connected, and chase happiness. This session explores how conscious choices, neuroscience, and self-awareness help us guard our nafs while returning to clarity and inner steadiness. 

Through a holistic mind–body–spirit lens, we will blend science and Islamic spirituality to reset, realign, and rise with intention.
