Recipe ⤵️

Ingredients
2–3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
All Purpose seasoning blend
Buttery Buffalo Wing Sauce
3 cups queso
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
1–2 jalapeños, sliced
½ small red onion, diced
Tortilla chips
Ranch dressing
Green onions, sliced

Instructions
Season the chicken breasts generously with All Purpose seasoning. Grill over medium heat until fully cooked, then remove and let rest. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with the Buttery Buffalo Wing Sauce.

On a nonstick sheet pan, spread out the queso, then layer on the shredded cheese, half of the buffalo chicken, jalapeños, and diced onion. Bake at 350°F until everything is melted and bubbly.

Spread tortilla chips across a large serving platter. Carefully slide the melted cheesy buffalo chicken layer off the sheet pan and directly onto the chips. Top with the rest of the chicken then drizzle with more buffalo sauce and ranch, finish with green onions, and serve warm.
