Some drinks behave. This one doesn’t. Here’s a drink inspired by the Grinch.

In a glass, add crushed ice, a few dashes of mint bitters, 1.5 oz green Chartreuse, 0.5 oz nutmeg syrup, and 1.5 oz fresh lime juice. Give it a gentle stir, then top with The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda.Finish with a candy cane, fresh mint, and a light dusting of powdered sugar.

Bold, aromatic, and unapologetically green, in the best way. 💚🥃
