2 cups milk (or dairy alternative).
1 1/2 cup cream (or dairy cream alternative).
10 pieces of mint, bruised steeped in the simmering milk for 10-15 minutes, the more minty the more minty the hot chocolate.
3 oz rough chopped Mint Chocolate,dark or milk to taste.

Top with whipped cream, fresh mint and some chocolate pieces.
