❄︎ ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
❄︎ ½ oz Simple Syrup
❄︎ Sparkling Wine, to top
❄︎ Lemon Twist, to garnish

METHOD: To a shaker with ice, add Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake to chill. Strain into a coupe glass, and top with sparkling wine. Express a lemon peel over top, and garnish. Enjoy!
