welcome to my new series home to table, where I make recipes that are inspired by the things I love. for episode 1, I’m sharing my warm & cozy minestrone soup inspired by my favorite @Jo Malone London diffuser (not sponsored!!) find the recipe below, enjoy xx  Minestrone Soup  Serves 6-8  1 can diced tomatoes @muirglen  1 cup ditalini pasta @barillaus  2 tbsp olive oil @pompeian  3 carrots, peeled and chopped  2 garlic cloves, minced  1 white onion, diced  2 celery stalks, chopped  2 zucchini’s, chopped  1 cup green beans, chopped  4 cups chicken broth @pacificfoods  2 tsp salt @diamondcrystalsalt  1 tsp black pepper  2 tsp oregano  1 tsp dried parsley  1 tsp dried basil  1/2 lemon, juiced  1 Parmesan rind @parmigianoreggiano.na  3 bay leaves  1 can cannellini beans   1 can red kidney beans @bushsbeans  Garnish  Freshly grated Parmesan cheese  Parsley, finely chopped  Salt & black pepper  Drizzle of olive oil  Serve with your favorite sourdough bread!  #soupseason #minestrone #fallrecipe #homecook #homecooking
