Cherry Vanilla Espresso Martini
Serves 1 (easy to batch — notes below)
Ingredients
1 ½ oz vodka (vanilla vodka if you have it— if not add a bit more vanilla extract when you hit that step!) 
1 oz fresh espresso, cooled
¾ oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or Mr Black)
½ oz cherry syrup 
¼ oz simple syrup
Dash of vanilla extract 
Pinch of salt (trust me — it rounds everything out)
Ice

Instructions
Add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, cherry syrup, simple syrup, vanilla and salt to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake hard for 15–20 seconds until very cold and frothy.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish and serve immediately.

Batch for a Small NYE Gathering (6 drinks)
9 oz vodka
6 oz espresso
4 ½ oz coffee liqueur
3 oz cherry syrup
1 ½ oz simple syrup
1.5 tsp vanilla extract 
3 small pinches salt

Stir together, refrigerate. Shake individual portions with ice before serving for that foam.
