🍪Whitney’s favorite Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies🍪    Ingredients: 15 oz PUMPKIN PUREE  1 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil  1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract  1 Lg Egg 2 Cups Flour 2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon  1 Tbsp Milk 1 1/2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips   Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to  375°F 2. Prepare 2 to 3 baking sheets with parchment paper 3. In a large mixing bowl, add Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and chocolate chip. Mix together until everything is well incorporated. 4. In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, add Pumpkin, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Mix on Medium/Slow speed for about 1 minute.  5. Add the egg, and mix for another 30-60 seconds until combined. 6. Turn the mixer down to the lowest speed, and slowly pour in the dry ingredients & chocolate chips. 7. Add the milk, and mix until everything is fully incorporated. 8. Once batter is done, get a spoon or ice cream scoop and scoop cookie batter onto baking sheet. Space the cookies about 1-2“ apart.  9. Bake at 375°F for 9 to 11 minutes depending on how well you want them done. 10. Let the cookies cool after baking for about 10 minutes and enjoy!  (Also, my cute outfit is from @Albion Fit.
