Part 2: Halloween Cake 

Something that I have had to learn over the years is no matter how much practice you have, there’s always going to be those cakes that don’t go the way that you imagine them. 
i’m usually really good at knowing how much time the technique process is going to take, but I got it wrong for this cake. And that’s totally fine. It was a humbling moment, and I look forward to working on the vertical stripes in the future.
