To make this color I used @chefmaster Leaf Green + Violet + Lemon Yellow food colors.

@kitchenaidusa Stand Mixer. I have the Commercial 8qt mixer, and absolutely love it. 

Mixer attachment- @newmetrodesign Beaterblade XL-M. (They have different sizes and styles depending on the size of your mixer).
